By booking a ride with Cab Service Chandigarh, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payments:
All bookings must be made in advance. Full payment or agreed advance must be made before or at the start of the journey.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund. No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
3. Delays and Timings:
We try our best to be punctual, but we are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unavoidable situations.
4. Passenger Responsibility:
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.
5. Liability:
Car Service Chandigarh is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or any indirect damage during the trip.
6. Changes to Terms:
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
